Rothley, with over 200 years of manufacturing history, remains a well-recognised and trusted brand within the decorative and construction hardware sector. With a growing and increasingly global customer base, the company is well-positioned to maintain this momentum in the year ahead.

Central to this progress are key changes within Rothley’s leadership team. Stuart Hobbs, who, since joining Keith Ashbourne on a transformative mission in 2019, has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, will transition from his position as Managing Director to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Stuart’s leadership has been instrumental in transforming Rothley into a thriving, forward-looking business. Under his guidance, Rothley has evolved into a dynamic and innovative supply partner for its rapidly growing UK customer base and has simultaneously expanded rapidly in American and European markets.

Looking ahead, Stuart will focus on steering Rothley’s strategic activities on the global horizon upon which Rothley now operates.

Assuming the role of Managing Director is Adam Dale, who has been a vital part of Rothley’s leadership team and commercial strategy over the past year. Adam brings extensive experience and a fresh perspective to the position, making him ideally suited to lead Rothley into its next chapter. He will oversee all aspects of Rothley’s UK business and focus on continuous improvement, ensuring the company delivers exceptional products and services to its customers.
